If you are a movie addict, the HBO on Broadband service offered by Time Warner Cable will give you access to 400 hours of downloadable movies and TV series for no additional fees. The catch is however that you have to be a Time Warner Cable Inc. subscriber, both for digital cable TV and Internet services. And if you want that to become a reality starting this Tuesday, you’re going to have to move to Milwaukee or Green Bay, because that’s where Time Warner will first test its service.
